indus welcomes Quality Control Manager, Matt Teto
In continuation of our unwavering commitment to quality, indus has hired Quality Control Manager, Matt Teto. We pursue continuous improvement in all that we do, including building upon our industry leading quality standards. Last year, indus became the first company in North America to complete the AASHTO TSP-2 company certification process for Slurry Systems, including Micro Surfacing.
indus is passionate about helping agencies stretch their budgets further, reverse the trend of deteriorating networks, and make the most of taxpayer dollars. The experts at indus recognize the value of pavement preservation & recycling treatments to do just that, and also know the value of using the right treatment on the right road at the right time.
Once the right treatment has been selected, ensuring that treatment is applied properly is of paramount importance. Leadership believes Matt will be a valuable asset in ensuring continued success of treatments – especially as Micro Surfacing and Cold In-place Recycling gain ground in the Northeast. Matt will also serve as an educational resource to agency partners, helping them understand the logistics and nuance required in effective use of these treatments.
Matt is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). Since graduating from WPI, he has devoted his nearly 20-year career to improving area roadways performing a wide variety of research, design, testing and quality control oversight activities. Matt has also served on the board of directors of the NorthEast Transportation Training and Certification Program (NETTCP) since 2015 and is a member of the NETTCP Quality Assurance Technologist Committee.
We are excited to have Matt join us in growing and strengthening our partnerships with agencies as we all work together to cost-effectively improve our transportation infrastructure. Please join us in welcoming Matt Teto to the indus team!
