Robert Zalinger

Territory:

Central and Western Connecticut

Year started at indus:

2012

In the industry since:

1987
Rob knows that pavement preservation isn’t just important for the road ahead, but every road ahead. That’s because his nearly two decades of experience has taught him that protecting one road helps protect the entire roadway network - and that saves taxpayer money. Having started his roadway career in the blacktop paving business in 1987, he’s seen firsthand how today’s mixes are not lasting as long as they used to and require more frequent maintenance. But for all his focus on roads, that’s not always what comes first. Rob puts most of his effort into making client relationships the strongest they can be.

Lindsay LaPlante

Territory:

New Hampshire and Maine

Year started at indus:

2024

In the industry since:

2007
Lindsay (Pike) LaPlante grew up in the asphalt industry as a sixth generation Pike at Pike Industries.  She performed an internship at Pike where she was exposed to estimating, flagging for traffic control and project management of various asphalt projects.  She attended Stonehill College where she received her B.A. in business administration.    After graduating Stonehill she started her career in the industry working with B2W software managing the marketing department where she learned the importance of the General Contractor & client relationship.  She also rolled out new products to clients.  The next stage of career took her to Tri-products, a subsidiary of All State Materials Group selling cold patch by the bag. She jokes that at every municipality she visited in New England to perform a cold patch demo, she always had to ask for assistance from the DPW folks because she couldn't actually lift the bag herself.  After selling cold patch for 2 years, Lindsay was promoted to sales representative with ASMG selling pavement preservation treatments in eastern MA, southern NH & southern ME.  Lindsay excelled at building rapport with clients and providing them with the services they needed.  Lindsay then decided to diversify her career and earned her licenses in life & health and property & casualty insurance.  She practiced insurance for 5 years but truly missed her passion for helping pavement managers improve their road networks.  She is excited to get back into this passion working for indus as a Regional Manager servicing all of NH & ME with asphalt preservation and recycling treatments.  Lindsay's priorities with her clients are to always sustain a positive relationship, get to know their needs, values and priorities in order to help them reach their pavement goals.
